Refunds and Payment Processing Fees

When an order is refunded, some transaction fees already charged by payment platforms may not be returned to the merchant. As a result, the refund may be less than the original order amount.

For a US$100 order, using an estimated PayPal fee rate of 4.45% and a Shopify fee of 3.9% + HK$2.35, the estimated amounts are:

  • PayPal fee: approximately US$4.45
  • Shopify fee: approximately US$3.90 + HK$2.35 (about US$0.30)
  • Estimated total platform fees: approximately US$8.65
  • Estimated refund: approximately US$91.35

返金および決済手数料について
